March 1 (Bloomberg) — Bloomberg’s James Attwood talks with Betty Liu about the Chilean government's response to the 8.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Chile on Feb. 27. Chile deployed security forces to quell looting in the city of Concepcion, near the epicenter of the earthquake that killed at least 700 people, as rescue workers struggled to reach survivors. Buildings in and around Concepcion were reduced to rubble by the temblor and a 15-meter-high (49-feet) tsunami that followed. (Source: Bloomberg)
